A chip, crack, burn, stain or scratch patch
+$95
Each extra spot
Same visit: 2 spots $490 · 3 spots $585
$725
Full polish
The whole countertop resurfaced and polished. Covers every scratch your fingernail glides over
Add-ons with a polish, +$95 each: anything your fingernail catches (chip, crack, deep scratch, deep burn), each seam refill (one spot per foot), a deep stain, each vanity or bar top, each extra ~10 sq ft Rush +$125 for same-day or next-morning priority (+$150 with a full polish)
What counts as a spot: damage that fits in a 3-inch circle (cracks and seams count by length: one spot per foot, about 3 for a typical seam). Spots anywhere in your home (kitchen, island, bathroom vanity, wet bar) are added up on one visit, close calls go in your favor, and we always price it whichever way costs you less. Heat damage on quartz and some deep stains lighten a lot but may not fully disappear; we tell you what to expect first. Some jobs get a written quote first: cracks that keep spreading, broken corners, separated seams and porcelain or tile. If it can't be repaired, we tell you straight.
Paying: online by card or bank transfer, or by check or Zelle, when the work is done. Scheduling: most of our work is apartments and rental homes, so we fit home visits around it. We'll offer you the first open day when we send your price.
30-DAY MAKE-IT-RIGHT If you're not happy with how a repair blends in, tell us within 30 days and we'll come back and rework it at no charge.

QUICK ANSWERS

What is a full polish? ▾
We resurface the whole countertop (kitchen counters and island, up to about 40 sq ft) with diamond pads, polish it back to one even shine, and seal it if it's natural stone. Doing the whole surface keeps the shine even, so no patch looks different.

Included, any amount: everything your fingernail glides over: surface scratches, etching, dull or hazy areas, water rings, light burn rings and surface stains.
+$95 each on top: anything your fingernail catches (a chip, a crack, a deep scratch, a deep burn), each seam refill (one spot per foot), a deep stain that needs a poultice, each vanity or bar top, and each extra ~10 sq ft.

A few spots are cheaper as spot repairs. We always price it whichever way costs you less.
Is it a scratch, a chip or a crack? ▾
Run a fingernail across it. If it catches, it's a chip or crack and gets filled. If it glides over, it's a scratch, etch or dull spot we polish out. Light burn rings and surface stains polish out too; deep burns and deep stains need more. Pick the closest one when you send photos. If it turns out different in person, we show you and tell you the difference first, and nothing extra happens unless you approve it.
How do I know what I'll pay? ▾
Your price shows every line: the first spot, each extra spot, or a full polish when that costs less. For example, 3 chips = $395 + 2 × $95 = $585. A scratched-up kitchen with one chip = $725 polish + $95 = $820, instead of $965 spot by spot. No trip fee, no hourly charge.
Do I need to be home? ▾
Someone needs to let us in or leave us a way in, but you don't need to watch. We clear the area, protect it, and clean up when we're done.
How long does it take? ▾
Most single repairs take one to two hours. Several spots or a full polish can take most of a day. Your price tells you how long to plan for.
When can I use the counter again? ▾
Keep heavy items, hot pans and standing water off the repaired spots for 6 hours. After 24 hours, use it as normal.
Will I be able to see the repair? ▾
Fills are color-matched to your stone, and scratches and burns are buffed and polished out, so repairs blend in. Results depend on the stone and the damage, and we'll tell you up front if something won't blend well.
